How it is made
For the production of Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13, only grape must strictly taken from selected cellars is utilized.
A light, cold maceration is performed on the must, which allows the extraction of all the aromas from the grape skins.
Subsequently, a soft pressing allows the extraction of only the free-run must, which is taken and fermented at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts able to enhance the scent even more.
Our oenologist
It is a grape variety typical of the Veneto region, added to the Maschio dei Cavalieri range to upgrade the offer.
Of all the Manzoni crosses, the one used in this sparkling wine is the most popular since it is able to satisfy the needs of a consumer who likes a non-trivial, aromatic wine.
The elegance of the bottle and the brilliant gold colour of the wine are unmistakable elements that highlight the complexity and importance of this product.
