How it is made
Our winery obtains the sparkling wines directly from the musts which undergo a prise de mousse (fermentation) with selected yeasts for a whole month under a controlled temperature of 12-15°C. This allows to safeguard the characteristic freshness of the wine and for the aromatic notes to be enhanced. The fermentation is arrested by lowering the temperature of the pressurized tank to guarantee the desired level of residual sugar.
Our oenologist
This sparkling wine comes from the slopes of the Treviso DOCG hills, the historical and prestigious area of Prosecco, that extraordinarily enhances the excellence of the hills of Valdobbiadene.
In fact, the Prosecco Superiore Maschio dei Cavalieri releases a fruity fragrance, like apple, pear, peach and a bouquet of white blossoms.
