How it is made
Our winery obtains its sparkling wines directly from the musts which undergo a prise de mousse (fermentation) with selected yeast for a whole month at a controlled temperature of 12-15°C. This allows to safeguard the characteristic freshness of the wine, and exalt its aromatic notes.
The fermentation is arrested by lowering the temperature of the pressurized tank to guarantee the desired level of residual sugar.
Our oenologist
This sparkling wine comes from the slopes of the Treviso DOCG area, the historical and prestigious area of Prosecco, which enhances the excellence of the hills of Valdobbiadene with exceptional results.
In fact, Maschio dei Cavalieri Prosecco Superiore releases fruity fragrances, like apple, pear, peach and a bouquet of white blossoms.
