How it is made
Particular attention is dedicated to the selection of basic musts for the production of this sparkling wine. The fineness of Pinot Bianco macerated on the skins is combined with the grit of Pinot Nero and Raboso, vinified without contact with the skins so as to obtain the lightest extraction of colour which makes it unique.

The characteristics of the grapevines used are expressed in a cuvée that is the perfect synthesis of our oenologists’ competence.
The base has the body of Raboso and the flavour and velvety tannin of Pinot Noir. The flowery fragrance of Pinot Bianco and the fruity taste of Pinot Noir give rise to an elegant balance of aromas and flavours.
